Message from Terry Olsen
A little about me -
I have been an avid amateur photographer since I first used a 35mm SLR in the summer of 1990. Over the years I shot countless rolls of film, mostly color slides. Due to personal issues, I put my photography aside for six or seven years.
During my hiatus, photography had moved from film to digital. In March of 2007, I bought my first DSLR, a Nikon D80. I love the creative control that digital has brought to photography. I do my processing with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. I also use plug-ins from the Nik Collection, Topaz, RadLab and onOne.
Recently, my main photographic interests are black and white and images that have added textures.
Thanks for stopping by and looking at my galleries. I am constantly adding photos, so stop in often. Comments or critiques are always welcome.
September 2014 - I have purchased a Fujifilm X-T1 mirrorless camera and lenses. My initial reaction to using this system is very positive. I will be adding new images made with this camera as time goes by.
