Message from Mary Bowles
After being in love with photography from the days of darkrooms, enlargers, and hours spent straining my eyes under the orange glow of the safe-light, dabbling in smelly chemicals and the heartache of finding that, no, it just needs to be tweaked again; maybe a little more time, a bit more dodging and burning (yes, even in those far-off days), I am now more than happy to sit, in the light, at my laptop, with my trusty photoshop in my holster and tweak to my heart's content - and, if I fancy, in colour !
Remember, I do not comment often, but when I do, I mean it.
And, by the way, long live pbase !
